On Jan 18, 2026 the wife and I went to a local meadery, Celtic Cross Meadery, for a Mead Making 101 class. This was hosted by Maxwell who did an amazing job on the history of Mead and how the fermentation process works. There are 2 gallons that we made, one for my wife and one for me. Mine is on the left while my wife's is on the right. I will update this post with the Alcohol % and ingredients.
